My work

MarTech and AI, strategy, earned media and writing. Every item here comes with the artifact, a downloadable document or a live link.

MarTech and AI

The AI and routing work I do now. Agents that complete real operational workflows, the founding go to market story that sells them, and the automated pathways that decide where every inbound sales enquiry goes and who it belongs to.

AI agentsHealthcare workforce startup

AI agents in clinician credentialing

Written and designed in my founding go to market role at an early stage healthcare workforce startup. How a national staffing firm cut manual credentialing work using AI agents embedded in the tools its team already used. 34,705 agent actions, 1,570 requirements verified, and 56 percent of the verification work happening outside business hours.

The PDF keeps the original design. Customer name, company name and the people quoted have been removed, and the photographs replaced.

Founding GTMPre seed healthcare AI

Founding go to market positioning and sales collateral

In a founding go to market role at a pre seed healthcare workforce startup. The category story, the customer proof program, and the one page sales briefing below, which explains an agent system to a staffing executive in about thirty seconds.

Company, founder and customer names removed, logos and portraits replaced.

Lead routingMicrosoft

Automated lead routing at global scale

I own the automated routing pathways behind Contact Sales CTAs at Microsoft. Standard and event driven contact requests, customer service transfers, internal referrals and bot originated leads, feeding a $100M FY26 pipeline and more than 151.6K qualified leads across 70 countries.

NewsletterPersonal project

AI prompts for MBA applicants

A LinkedIn newsletter of prompt recipes for business school applicants, including a series on applying behavioral economics concepts to application essays, with the full prompt architecture published so readers can adapt it.

The Contact Me experience

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Me page. This is the front door my routing work sits behind.

If the page does not load in the frame, open it at info.microsoft.com.

Strategy

How I scope a campaign, sequence it, price the tiers and tell a client where the risk sits before any of it starts.

Strategy deckFintech Series A

Series A fundraise media strategy

The deck I presented to win and run the HomePace Series A announcement. Sixteen slides covering project goals, a six week execution timeline broken down week by week, a tiered reporter target list across national, specialized and local outlets, and a candid read on what could go wrong. The campaign that followed earned seven placements, including Business Insider and Axios.

Individual reporter names and the pricing slide are withheld in this public version.

ProposalHoskin Capital

Public relations and social media strategy proposal

A full engagement proposal for Hoskin Capital, covering four pitching lanes from consumer to cryptocurrency, a set up timeline, month by month process steps, a four month pitching theme calendar built around real financial observances, target events and awards, and three retainer tiers scoped by deliverable.

Retainer tiers show deliverables without the dollar figures.

ProposalRadlett Capital

Public relations strategy proposal

A leaner freelance proposal for Radlett Capital. Quarterly coverage goals stated with an honest caveat that coverage is never guaranteed, a six week ramp, a volume commitment of 50 pitches and applications a month, and a tiered reporter target list across national, industry and local outlets.

Reporter names and the hourly rate are withheld.

FrameworkDemonstration piece

Messaging and positioning framework

The document that keeps a product's story consistent everywhere it appears. Positioning statement, call to action, tagline, then the same argument at 50, 100 and 150 words, plus messaging pillars, audience beliefs, competitive framing, and the words we use and avoid.

Written from scratch for an invented product, since the ones I build at work belong to my employer.

Strategy planHoskin Capital

Social software strategy, a six week stand up

A founder led firm with a fast growing following and no infrastructure behind it. A sequenced six week plan to choose a platform, configure monitoring, and get calendar and analytics templates running, with a costed vendor comparison and the logic for choosing between tiers.

Strategy planWealth management

Social media strategy update for a $2.8B RIA

Reopening a plan that COVID and a summer of social unrest had put on hold. Two recommendations came out of it. Get employees sharing on LinkedIn inside a compliance framework they trust, and make the firm's expertise visible instead of implied.

PlacementBusiness Insider

Homebuyers could get down payment help if they give up equity

The anchor placement from a fintech Series A campaign I ran. I wrote the release, built the media list and did the outreach. Seven placements followed, including Axios, Inman, FinLedger and GlobeSt.
